Checks that need to be done before stopping:
First let the engine run at light load for 3 minutes, disengage the clutch or place the rotating device in neutral, press
the stop button, disconnect the electrical system after the engine stops, check the equipment for leaks, and if it is to
be shut down for a while, it should be disconnected. Main power switch.
Excavator maintenance plan (including 50 hours, 250 hours, 400 hours, 50-250 hours, 800 hours, 1000 hours, 2000 hours)
For every 250 hours of operation, the engine oil should be replaced. The oil should be added to meet the oil
standard requirements of the equipment manufacturer.
Every 50 hours of operation, check the fuel oil water separator to discharge the separated water and impurities.
Change lubricant, lube filter and bypass filter for every 50-250 hours/maximum every 12 months.
Drain the fuel in the fuel tank every 400 hours/maximum every 12 months. Clean the fuel tank. Check or replace
the fuel filter.
Check the intake line for leaks and leaks on the joint surface of the functional unit every 800 hours/maximum every
12 months.
Replace the coolant filter every 1000 hours / every 6 months, do not replace the coolant at the same time.
Every 2000 hours, check the turbocharger, check and adjust the valve clearance, replace the coolant, check the
electrical system every 12 months using a diagnostic tool, general inspection, replace the air filter, clean the engine,
replace the fuel tank vent filter , replace the air compressor filter.
Check/flush the cooling system and replace the coolant every 10,000 hours/maximum every 48 months.
For the use of lubricating oil, coolant and fuel, please strictly follow the requirements of the
equipment manufacturer and regularly replace the lubricating oil and coolant that meet the standard.
The fuel should be the standard oil of the regular channel, and the sulfur content should not exceed
1.5%.
Long-term unused storage preparation work
The storage period is less than 8 months, the engine oil and lubricating oil filter are replaced, and
then run to the normal working temperature for more than 8 months. The lubricating oil and fuel
system are maintained with protective oil.
